Upload Files
Upload files in general or files for a job
Popups must be allowed to open in your browser in order to upload files. Files are uploaded in a separate window that is opened by Javascript. Please check in your browser settings whether popups are allowed to open. If this is not the case, please enable this function.

Download Files
Download PDF Approval and PDF File
Both PDF approval and the download of PDF files require that your browser is connected properly to 'Adobe Acrobat'. If this is not the case, your browser may download a PDF file incorrectly. If this happens, please check in your browser settings whether the 'Adobe Acrobat Document' file type is set to the action 'Use Adobe Acrobat'. If this is not the case, please set this connection.

Download Other File Types
To download a file with the simple download, click the 'Download' link in the 'Actions' column in the table. The function of the above-named action, however, depends on your browser settings. If the download does not start after your click, proceed as follows:
  • Place your mouse above the 'Download' link and then right-click.
  • A popup menu displays.
  • Select 'Save Target As...' in this popup menu.
